I lost my first baby, in January 2021, at 20 weeks pregnant. This was the catalyst for me practicing herbalism. I went vegan and researched healthier options. I drank OGB's women's wellness tea, OGB's custom fertility tea, and conceived our rainbow baby, in October 2021. My second pregnancy, I created a prenatal tea, maintained a vegan diet, and practiced yoga throughout my entire pregnancy. I had a doula at 16 weeks, seen a midwife at 30 weeks and our son came at 38 weeks. I had a natural home birth. No pharmaceuticals, just herbs.
